Thought I’d relay my experience with a number of members considering moving to new providers.
I called RW and cancelled my service yesterday. When I was talking with the support representative to verify that I would stop being billed she mentioned that their website tells customers that the port-out of their phone number will automatically cancel the line. She said that porting out will not cancel a person’s service and that they need to contact RW to be sure their service is cancelled correctly.
