Unable to change iPhones via eSIM with Boost Infinite

I purchased an iPhone SE3rd gen and wanted to move my Boost Infinite service to this phone from an iPhone SE2nd gen phone using eSIM.
I was not able to do this using the iPhone transfer feature. So I called BI and talked to 3 different departments and was told it is a known issue that those who transitioned from republic wireless can not change phones and it is being investigated. The issue is with those of us using the AT&T service.
Has anyone else been able to switch phones or had this issue?

I just saw your post. Hi. I am currently checking out a new phone and wonder if this may happen to me. Did this ever resolve for you? I have my sim, so that was the way I was planning on using. I thought I would have the eSim as a backup method. :grimacing:

I resolved my issue by leaving Boost and going to US Mobile
