I’m sure @rolandh will chime in, but I wanted to make sure you saw this info he wrote and have already gone through the troubleshooting steps he indicated there: Are You Having Cellular Connectivity Issues? Confirming you’ve done so before he responds (probably tomorrow) may save you a little time.
It does seem odd that you’d have such a weak signal - you’re checking an AT&T coverage map? I can’t imagine what "wait a few days" is supposed to fix.
