The only thing that is not working is that the Visual Voicemail page has disappeared.

I’ve yet to see an instance where visual voicemail in the Phone app works with DISH brands inclusive of both Boost Infinite and Boost Mobile. Well, it works on iPhone but not Android. The official solution is Boost’s Visual Voicemail app. There are alternatives, which we’ve already discussed elsewhere :
