Have any 5.0 members been transferred to boost infinite yet?

Me too. Was charged on the 4th as well

Just had a deja vu experience. Five minutes ago I received the same text message from Republic about being transitioned to BI that I received 8/28. Word for word. Not exactly reassuring.

Yep, Just got that repeat text as well. But at least I know they are working on it if nothing else.

My wife just now got the repeat message. Word for word what we all got last week.

Hopefully, by now many of you have made your voices heard through an email to their Execs at ‘executivecustomerservice@dish.com’
I sent my 2 cents a few days ago, and as expected there has not been a response … I will give them this … they have been :100: percent consistent, having not done anything right so far.

I feel left out, I never received the magic text.

Yep, just got text messages on both phones. Same as the texts received on Aug 28th. Trying to be optimistic that they have things figured out now and the process will go smoothly. Come on, can’t hurt to hope

Just got my repeated text (different ending to the URL) as others have reported.

REPUBLIC: We are transitioning your service to Boost Infinite. You will receive a Welcome to Infinite message when complete. Please restart your device after receiving that message to access your data. Questions? 833-558-5820 or

So, got the Welcome to Boost Infinite email about 40 minutes ago (full text below), but nothing seems to have changed. Everything still says Republic (phone carrier and Wi-Fi calling), hotspot still works, can access the Republic voicemail, have been able to make voice and wi-fi calls, etc.

This is all after rebooting the phone as well. I also was unable to login to the Boost Infinite app with my email address or any of the three phone numbers on my account. Maybe it needs more time so will see what happens in the morning.

Just got Welcome to Boost message. Rebooted phone, Installed Boost app, logged in, account shows up okay. But No service can’t make or receive calls. Other phone on my account shows up as pending. Correct credit card shows up in account along with correct model phones and IMEI’s. Help.

Good Morning @Zaga,

I’m afraid there isn’t much in the way of help we can provide. There are no phone settings changes involved in migrating from Republic 5.0 to Boost Infinite. It’s all supposed to be “seamless”.

Since the issue is, apparently, the phone service rather than the phone, if things don’t self-correct, (you might try multiple restarts) you’ll need to contact Boost Infinite Care.

You could try a network settings reset but it’s disruptive (removes all saved WiFi networks and Bluetooth pairings) and according to DISH/Republic/Boost Infinite isn’t supposed to be necessary. There’s also no guarantee a network settings reset will resolve the issue.

I got the Welcome to Boost text message, not an email. I rebooted the phone, and installed the Boost app. (My Email provider put the verification code in the junk folder, so watch for that.) I got into the app and the data looked right. The phone seems to work so far via Wi-Fi calling.

Hope the migration process is smoothed out and we see more success stories like this one

I found humor in the post Boost Infinite made to Twitter X

"This is your sign to stop saying you’ll start saving tomorrow. Switch to Boost Infinite today! "

Hey, Boost Infinite , stop saying you’ll switch us to Boost Infinite tomorrow. Start serving the Republic Wireless customers you (Dish Corporation) bought today!
