How to Reset an Android Phone's APNs to Defaults

Please note: Unless your phone is having cellular connectivity issues, there is no particular reason to reset a phone’s APNs. Unless you’ve been advised of the need to do so or otherwise determined such a need; it would be best to leave that which isn’t broken alone.

I tried this on my Android. 3 T-Mobile options showed up untoggled. After a few moments one became toggled, but now the restore APN is just spinning.
